SAP FI/CO Consultant – Milan (Hybrid)

We deliver high-quality SAP consulting services that optimize business processes and support strategic decision-making, partnering with clients across industries to streamline financial and controlling operations through tailored SAP solutions. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Milan, with flexibility for partial remote work. As a SAP FI/CO Consultant, you will design, configure, and support SAP FI and CO modules, ensuring that financial and controlling processes meet business requirements.
Gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions
Configuring and supporting SAP FI and CO modules
Performing system and integration testing
Delivering end-user training and ongoing support
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement within the SAP landscape
2–4 years of experience as a SAP FI/CO Consultant or in a similar role
~ Strong SAP FI/CO expertise, including configuration, integration, and support
~ Experience with CO-PA and related controlling functionalities
~ Proficiency in analyzing business processes and proposing SAP-based improvements
~ Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach
~ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
~ Fluent English (written and spoken); Italian is a strong advantage
~ Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with diverse teams
Permanent contract with a gross annual salary (RAL) of €35,000–€45,000, commensurate with experience
Hybrid working model with flexibility for remote work
