Finance Specialist- Milan Italy

iMile is a leading logistics provider, specializing in smart solutions for e-commerce businesses across Europe and Latin America. Headquarters are based in Dubai. With strong expertise in cross-border e-commerce, iMile provides reliable, flexible, and technology-driven solutions. We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Italy. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in accounting and finance operations, combined with a proactive, hands-on approach. This position requires someone who is responsible, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure things get done — even when the task goes beyond a standard job description.

Finance & Accounting
Manage day-to-day accounting operations in accordance with Italian GAAP and company policies.
Handle supplier invoices, expense reports, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
Liaise with external accountants, payroll providers,



and auditors when required.
Office Support
Support general office management — supplier coordination, utilities, and service contracts.
Maintain and organize administrative records, ensuring compliance with company and local regulations.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and local employment regulations.
Prepare or support the preparation of financial and operational reports for management.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
~2–3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or administrative roles, preferably in an international company.
~ Familiarity with Italian accounting standards and VAT procedures.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant. accounting software.
~ Good command of English and Italian (both written and spoken). Chinese language skill is highly desired.
