Rowen Rose has built genuine international recognition, exporting to markets across Europe, Asia and beyond, and takes part in the fashion weeks — most recently expanding into menswear with its first runway show in Milan. In a few years, it has gone from a young Parisian label to an emerging international luxury name.

As the brand enters a structuring phase, we are looking for a Finance, Controlling & Accounting Manager to bring rigor, clarity, and control to our financial ecosystem. Contract type: 6-month fixed-term contract (tempo determinato) ,



with possibility of conversion to permanent (contratto a tempo indeterminato)

Salary: 28 000 – 32 000 € gross annual

Financial Management & Business Control
– Monitor and manage cash flow: forecasting, liquidity planning, financing needs
– Build and update business plans and financial projections
– Monitor client receivables (wholesale, e-commerce, marketplaces) and follow up on outstanding payments
– Daily Operations & Administration
– Handle day-to-day administrative tasks: legal documents, contracts, and invoicing
– Manage shipping documentation and customs paperwork for international orders
– Record daily accounting entries and track expenses and receipts
– Run monthly reconciliations: bank statements, supplier accounts, and payments

Financial controlling & cash flow management
– Budget tracking and cost analysis
– Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Bu
