Role Description The Junior Customer Success role is a full-time hybrid position based in Milan, with the flexibility to work from home on agreed days. In this role, you support customers in getting the most value from DSCOVR’s platform by responding to inquiries, guiding new users through onboarding, and providing clear explanations of features and best practices. You will monitor customer usage and feedback, identify opportunities to improve satisfaction,



and escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed. Day-to-day tasks include handling support tickets, documenting recurring questions, preparing simple how-to materials, and participating in check-in calls with clients. You will collaborate with product and operations teams to share customer insights and contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and friendly way.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify patterns, and propose practical improvements.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing time and tasks effectively across office and home settings.
- Comfort using SaaS platforms, CRM or ticketing tools; basic proficiency with
