As a Project Manager , you will work together with the Senior PMs in planning, executing and finalizing the management work of projects in accordance with the agreed deadlines.
In addition, you will directly to coordinate your own projects and the project team, manage relationships with clients and suppliers and with all stakeholders first-hand.
Once the individual objectives of the project have been defined, your will verify and track every stage of the process, maintaining the high standards for timing, quality and economics of the work that it’s being done.
Manage one or more projects, making sure of their correct execution according to the defined contractual methods;
Plan the projects and the definition of contract development plans, setting up project teams and coordinating these resources;
Conduct and govern periodic meetings to verify alignment with the previsions regarding the progress of the project;
Draw up summary reports of the weekly and monthly meetings, monitoring the progress of the activities and creating / modifying schedules and budgets.
Qualifications & Experience:
A degree in Architecture, Building Engineering or Civil Engineering;
At least 7-10 years of professional experience in Project Management or Design Coordinator with on situ experience
Specific experience int the hospitality, luxury and office sector will be considered a plus, ;
An excellent level of English (B2 / C1) and Italian (B2); Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus;
Coordination and time-management skills, ability to plan and direct coordination meetings;
Knowledge of Autocad, Office package, Microsoft Project;
