Once the successful candidate is selected, the salary offer will be based on objective and gender-neutral criteria such as experience, skills, responsibilities, and location. Target Bonus: 15% of individual base salary. Bonus is discretionary and its payout depends on the achievement of certain metrics, as determined under the applicable bonus plan rules.
