Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a competitive product portfolio based on a multi-brand strategy.
- Define and implement a three-year product roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Develop pricing strategies in accordance with product portfolio and commercial policies.
- Monitor product life cycles and manage product launches, upgrades, replacements, and discontinuations.
- Prepare category budgets and sales forecasts.
- Analyze inventory performance and participate in clearance strategies for slow-moving products.
- Coordinate product documentation, certification, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical and commercial product support to internal stakeholders.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs and industry exhibitions.
- Collaborate with international suppliers, primarily based in China (preferred).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Category Manager .
- Proven experience working with European markets is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Marketing qualification is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of the small domestic appliances (SDA) , major domestic appliances (MDA) , consumer electronics (TV) , or plumbing/sanitary equipment industries is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and self-discipline.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
