ph3Job Description /h3pThe Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results, oversee daily store operations, lead visual merchandising, manage staff scheduling and payroll, and develop non‑management staff. They maintain strong customer focus, product knowledge, and brand awareness while protecting store assets and managing inventory. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliPerform opening and closing routines. /liliSupervise the sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations. /liliConduct staffing and scheduling operations and manage payroll. /liliTrain and develop non‑management staff. /liliDemonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales. /liliBuild and maintain visual displays. /liliAnalyze reporting to inform decision‑making. /liliProtect store assets and perform inventory control. /liliOperate Register/Point of Sale systems. /liliFulfill OMNI Channel orders. /liliRepresent the brand and exemplify company culture and values. /li /ulh3What It Takes /h3ulliBachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role. /liliCEFR B2 fluency in English Italian, required.
