Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future. /p /brh3Partner with the best /h3 /brpAs Finance Senior Specialist - FPA Operations, for the GTE-Pumps business line to ensure robust financial controllership and providing strategic financial support during the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) phase, with a strong focus on Free Cash Flow (FCF) conversion, operational performance, and business decision support. /p /brh3As Finance Senior Specialist - FPA Operations you will be responsible for: /h3 /brul /brliEnsuring financial controllership and provide end-to-end financial support during the ITO phase, driving effective FCF conversion /li /brliPartnering with Commercial Operations and Commercial Finance teams to ensure compliance with order booking rules, validation of costing methodologies, assessment of loss contract reserves, definition of cash curves, alignment on revenue recognition categories, application of cost of capital principles /li /brlitracking and analyzing key ITO performance indicators, including orders, as-sold margin, Remaining Performance Obligations (RPO), and convertibility, detailed segmentation (product, region, application, end markets, machine type, equipment vs services, external and interplant flows) /li /brliLeading FCF pacing and planning, ensuring both direct and indirect cash flow visibility /li /brliForecasting and analyzing working capital components, including accounts receivable, inventory, progress collections, contract assets, and deferred assets /li /brliPartnering with Operations to support planning cycles, forecasts, and monthly performance reviews for collections, billing, and past dues /li /brliProviding clear variance analysis versus targets, prior year, and sequential performance and driving cross-functional initiatives to improve cash conversion and linearity /li /brliIdentifying opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and digitalization; actively support simplification initiatives across the business /li /brliActing as a key finance partner to the General Manager, Business Unit CFO, and cross-functional teams (Sales, Commercial, Execution)



/li /brliDeveloping advanced financial analytics to support strategic decision-making, including service and equipment strategy definition, capital allocation priorities for the Pumps Product line and provide financial leadership by Addressing critical financial issueand Advising senior management on risks and opportunities /li /brliLeading communication on financial policies, ensuring effective implementation and alignment across the organization and driving and lead complex, cross-functional projects aimed at organizational transformation and profitable growth /li /brliProactively managing financial reporting, controls, and accounting matters to ensure accuracy and compliance /li /brliBuilding strong partnerships with commercial, sales, and project teams, leading financial discussions and influencing decision‑making /li /brliDefining and implement corrective actions to address unfavorable variances, mitigate risks, and improve profitability and cash flow /li /brliPlaying a key role in planning cycles (budget, forecast, early read), ensuring robust assumptions and scenario analysis /li /brliEnsuring timely and accurate reporting by coordinating data collection and alignment across multiple functions /li /br /ul /brh3Fuel your passion /h3 /brpTo be successful in this role you will have /p /brul /brliBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field /li /brliSignificant experience in FPA, Finance, or functional leadership roles /li /brliStrong analytical mindset with the ability to link financial results to operational drivers and influence business outcomes /li /brliExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial concepts /li /brliProfessional fluency in English /li /brliStrong interpersonal and leadership capabilities,
