ph3Overview /h3 pPanasonic Avionics Corporation (PAC) is hiring a Licensed Aircraft Engineer (Cat A, B1.1, or B2) to join our corporate team. The role involves testing, repairing, and ensuring the performance of IFEC (In‑Flight Entertainment and Connectivity) systems on commercial aircraft. /p pThis is a full‑time, direct‑hire position. Benefits include full medical coverage, a pension plan with the Cometa Fund, and life insurance. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 pAs a Maintenance Services Representative, you will use your license and acquired skills to perform line maintenance on various aircraft inside and outside the cabin. Responsibilities include maintenance of airframe, powerplant, and IFEC systems as assigned by local management. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and modifications to In‑Flight Entertainment Systems on aircraft under EASA regulations. /li liConduct aircraft and IFEC systems maintenance, overseeing and signing for line tasks during transit checks. Troubleshoot system failures, replace components, and perform functional tests within authorization. /li liPerform cabin sweeps, transit and maintenance checks, and defect rectification in accordance with approved documentation. /li liEnsure timely issue escalation, communicate with customers, and issue certificates of release to service. /li liPromote a safety culture, adhere to quality standards, follow compliance processes,
complete aircraft documentation accurately and timely, assist in inventory management, and maintain standards of housekeeping and tool care. /li liHandle other assigned duties as directed by supervisors or management. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liRequired: A, B1, or B2 license. /li liMust pass a 5‑year background check, reference checks, and possess a valid driver’s license. /li liOpen to all shift work. /li liGeneral knowledge of aircraft electrical and mechanical systems. IFEC or avionics experience is a plus. /li liAbility to climb, work from a ladder or platform, and endure physical demands. /li liMust lift up to 50 pounds and operate in extreme weather conditions or confined spaces. /li liProficient in MS Office Suite, excellent verbal and written communication skills. /li /ul pPanasonic is committed to adhering to EU employment laws and regulations.
