In this SMA II role, you support the management and monitoring of clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and GCP. You coordinate monitoring activities, assist in regulatory document preparation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You track site performance and provide reports to improve site management. You also participate in training initiatives and mentor junior staff, contributing to a values-driven, patient-focused research environment.

- Assist in preparing and reviewing regulatory documents to ensure GCP compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support trial sites throughout the study lifecycle
- Track site performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to improve efficiency
- Participate in training initiatives and mentor junior staff in clinical trial management
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research
- Experience in clinical research, site management, or monitoring with knowledge of clinical trial processes and GCP
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working with site personnel and cross-functional teams
