PIQUADRO S.p.A. SALES ASSISTANT_Area Metropolitana Roma Salary (Full-Time Equivalent): Gross annual salary of €26,000 (Full-Time Equivalent) , in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Pelli e Cuoio Industria). For tempo parziale positions, the salary will be pro-rated according to the agreed working hours.
Reports to: Sales Manager Type of Contract: Tempo det.
Main duties: To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.
The Role: To maximize sales for the store
- To develop enduring relationships with clients
- To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request
- To approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy
- To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices
- To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance
- To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history
- To handle returns of merchandise
- To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard
- To support the team on the general operations of the “Piquadro” store
- To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria
- To operate cash registers and close daily revenues
- To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates
- To go the “extra mile” to meet targets.
The Candidate: Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated
- Retail or service industry experience
- Great customer service and people skills
- Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues
- Good standard of numeracy and problem solving
- Ability to work towards goals
- Strong organizational skills
- Dynamic and creative.
