POSITION SUMMARY

Qualifications

1. Good knowledge of all fixtures and fittings of the hotel
2. Good knowledge of the security devices

Desirable:
1. Basic knowledge of English language
2. Knowledge of at least one of these field: electric, hydraulic, conditioning

Essential skills:
1. Ability to work under pressure
2. Excellent manual skills
3. Ability to efficiently organize and recognize priorities
4. Willingness to work on shifts 24/7 (nights, weekends and holidays included)
5. Ability to systematically respect deadlines
6. Ability to work in team and to respect colleagues and superiors
7. Ability to take prompt and clear decisions
8. Ability to keep a professional image and language
9. Willingness to keep learning new skills

Primary Job Functions:
1. To take care of ordinary maintenance according to the schedule
2. To check on a daily/weekly/monthly basis the checklists
3. To clean the filters for the air conditioning system
4. To care and maintenance of all hotel facilities (electric, hydraulic, conditioning)




5. To manage hotel suppliers
6. To manage hotel warehouses
7. To manage the ordinary maintenance (i.e: to provide the necessary assistance for any problems that might arise in the rooms such as to replace a bulb, to fix the furniture, the washbasins (etc) and make it impeccable for the costumers and to grant any help requests from the hotel staff).
