**Bid Manager - Welcome Pasubio** The bid manager will be the support of the sales managers of the Milano brench for bid preparation. He/she together with the sales manager will evaluate the bid package and will react accordingly the complexity and request typology. Main goal will be to deliver to clients the best possible bid package on time. In order to achieve this targets the bid manager will have to coordinate the activity with all the involved colleagues (tech. dept. estimate dept. operation, administration, quality etc, and collect on time the requested material as: drawings, renders, pricing, bid presentation, technical and financial data and certificates. Responsabilities
- Guarantee the best possible daily support to sales managers during bid preparation
- Guarantee the best possible support and coordination between involved parties (sales, tech. Dept., estimate dept.
- Administration,



sustanability dept. Etc) during the bid preparation
- Contact suppliers for cost sourcing
- Welcome proactively showroom visitors
- Proactively attend to technical and design meetings
- Grant daily support to the sales managers as: sampling request, small inquiry, sales/customer support **Requirements**: - University Degree in Architecture/Interior design/Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position in an international company
- Ability to work in a international team.
- Proactive behavior, rigor, reliability and enthusiasm
- Inter personal / communication skills
- English (mandatory) / French (preferable)/German (preferable)
- Pragmatic, analytical skills
