- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers on HR administrative matters, including leave management, sickness absence, permits, workplace injuries, and severance pay (TFR).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Coordinate administrative activities related to hiring, contract renewals, employee changes, and terminations throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support monthly attendance tracking and validation, ensuring accurate data management and timely processing.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and KPIs, including absence trends, leave balances, attendance data, and workforce metrics.
