Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Test Specialist to join our team that designs trading platforms in the Fixed Income area. Excellent analytical skills, curiosity, availability, result orientation and a strong motivation are required. He/she will be responsible for designing and executing manual test cases, as well as supporting and managing automated test cases. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports for various types of testing, such as functional, regression, integration, performance, failover and user acceptance testing
- Identify, report and track defects, issues and risks related to the quality of the software products or services
- Collaborate with business analysts, software developers, product managers, system managers and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of the software products or services throughout the software development life cycle
- Review and validate the requirements, feasibility studies, functional specifications and technical design documents of the software products or services
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies and regulations in the financial market industry and the quality assurance field. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Quality Assurance engineer




- High school technical degree or BSc (preferred in Computing Science or related field)
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, curiosity, availability, result orientation and strong motivation
- Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a team thanks to excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- The knowledge of financial markets, FIX Protocol (at least 4.4, 5.0 SP2) and automated test tools is a plus We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
