About the role As Regional Sales Manager North West Italy, your key challenge will be to drive and accelerate sales growth and penetration of our Integrated Diagnostic Solutions (IDS) product portfolio in the North West Italy Area. **Main responsibilities will include**: - Governance of the team entrusted to achieve the assigned objectives (Sales & GP) with the aim of best serving Customers, contributing to the care and safety of Patients, enhancing the talents, potential and aspirations of the Associates.
- Actively collaborate with the National Sales Manager to spread the "company vision" within the sales team and towards customers, encouraging business growth in strategic areas through the implementation of defined strategies and the execution of agreed tactics (including through analysis, study and creation of specific projects).
- Constant monitoring of the results achieved by the entrusted team (direct and indirect) with respect to the commercial planning carried out and the Road Map,



stimulating the identification of new projects and business opportunities in order to fuel the Sales funnel. **About you**
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in economy or science.
- Significant commercial experience in diagnostic companies, including people and team management.
- Deep understanding of purchasing mechanisms in public and private hospital settings, including managing complex tenders.
- Time management and ability to identify priorities and set agenda accordingly
- English proficient.
- Knowledge of CRM system preferably SFDC
- Deep knowledge of sales strategies and solution selling
