Wegreenit has begun the selection process for a** JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER **to be integrated into its staff. They will be responsible for monitoring the progress of the works, financial control and supervising the phases of implementation of the orders. The figure will be placed in the Project Management office and will be responsible for the following activities: - Drafting of project budgets
- Coordination of documentation and preparation throughout tender phases
- Acquisition of offers
- Step-by-step procurement management
- Checking the progress of the works
- Verification of economic and time deviations **Qualifications required**: - Degree in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent
- Familiarity with construction site accounting management tools
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel **Requirements**:



- At least two years of previous experience in similar activities within the construction sector
- Experience with General Contractors
- Construction accounting experience
- Ability to manage project Gantts
- BIM Modelling experience
- Previous experience in interpreting tender specifications
- Ability to draft a work schedule
- Willing, flexible, collaborative, dynamic and enterprising **Working hours**: Full-time **Working days and hours**: Monday - Friday from 9.00 to 18.00 **Place of work**: Milano **Remote work**:no **Type of contract and remuneration**:to be determined based on professional framework and previous experience.
