**Purpose of Position** As a member of the Compliance team of Awin group you support the Awin Compliance Officer in order to ensure that CSRD, ESG and further sustainability reporting requirements are met while providing support to the Awin business with regard to our sustainability strategy. As we are a global team you can chose whether you would like to join us whilst living anywhere in one of our Awin Europe locations, and it is your choice if you want to work remotely (up to 100%) or from one of our offices. This opportunity is inclusive of Awin's Flexi-Week (company-wide 4 day working week). **Key Tasks**
- You will be the first point of contact for all CSRD, ESG and other sustainability reporting issues at Awin Group.
- You will take care of Awin's global CSRD, ESG and sustainability data collection, reporting, and controlling.
- You will further develop CSRD, ESG and sustainability reporting structures and requirements with internal stakeholders throughout all Awin departments and regions.
- You will support the Awin executive board in implementing a proper sustainability strategy.
- You will monitor CSRD, ESG and sustainability legislation and guidelines in order to ensure compliance.
- You will work on improving our scores on sustainability rating platforms, e.g. ecovadis, CDP.
- You will support our business units in CSRD, ESG and sustainability matters as a business partner especially during RFP's and contract negotiations **Skills & Expertise**
- You have a bachelor or master's degree within a relevant area, e.g. finance, auditing, or ESG-related sciences (ideal)
- Professional experience in a comparable function (sustainability, ESG reporting) in a large company or as an auditor of ESG processes is preferable.
- You have practical experience with data management and validation procedures.
- Your English language skills are fluent.
- You use Microsoft Excel proficiently.
- You have strong analytical skills,
