DESCRIPTION:

AVS is a paid B2B service that aims at helping strategic brands partner with Amazon to grow their business. As an Associate Account Manager (internally referred to as Brand Specialist), you will gain 360-degree exposure to all areas of e-commerce from local to Pan-EU level, owning the relationship with your brand and structuring with them both a short- and long-term strategy oriented at brand's growth and Customer Satisfaction. You will own your vendors' annual business plans (Vendor Growth Plans), using data-driven insights to build customer-centric strategies that create value for both end customers and your vendor partners.
You will act as a trusted advisor to your vendors, providing guidance on selection, promotional activities, and growth strategies. You will monitor and work on success metrics daily, and ensure the brand's experience of the AVS demonstrates our customer obsession. Furthermore, you will be working together with different stakeholders to implement new ideas and processes within Amazon EU, such as (Product) Category Management, Supply Chain management, Finance and Marketing; developing your skills and future career.
