We are looking for a graduate who wants to become part of out team ROW (Rest Of the World),



supporting relationships and being a point of contact during our International Meeting Event. Activities
Supporting the organization of our International Meeting Event (letters of invitations, Hotels, catering, welcoming, coordination with transports...)
Managing and providing materials related to presentations;
Processing bills or expenses, arranging appointments and related services;
Skills Required
English Language B2
Ability to use Microsoft Office
Good communication, customer service and teamworking skills
Organization and time management skills
