Your Profile

Adecco Credit & Banking is looking for a Junior Compliance Specialist to join the Compliance Department of the Bank's Italian Branch

This is a great opportunity for someone to start their career in financial compliance and play a vital role in ensuring all our business processes and transactions meet legal and internal guidelines.

You will work under the guidance of experienced Officers, focusing on Corporate Banking activities and helping us stay compliant with financial crime regulations, especially anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions, and embargoes.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Compliance Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling Sanction Alerts: Reviewing daily alerts related to sanctions screenings.
• KYC Support: Assisting with the review of Know Your Customer (KYC) files for both new and existing clients.
• Compliance Guidance: Helping to provide basic KYC/AML advice to business teams.
• Policy Assistance: Supporting the review and occasional drafting of compliance policies and procedures.
• Project Involvement: Lending a hand with various compliance projects as they come up.
• Training Support: Assisting in the preparation and delivery of compliance training for staff.
• Reporting: Helping to gather data and prepare periodical compliance reports for local management.

Skills

We are looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.
• experience in a compliance or AML support role within a financial institution, or relevant internships.
• A basic understanding of regulatory requirements for the banking industry.
• Familiarity with Italian AML regulations and European standards is a plus.
• Some exposure to drafting or implementing policies and procedures would be beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines, even when things get busy.
• A general understanding of operational, financial, and legal aspects related to compliance.

Retribuzione mensile: 2742 € lordi + buoni pasto da 7 €
