- Full-time, at Milan IT Hub with an hybrid working model
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP Security, CCIE Security) preferred.
- +5 years of experience under Networking & Security areas
- Strong expertise in firewall as well as personal connectivity technologies such as **Palo Alto **and **Checkpoint**: - Fluent in English **Position Summary**
As a Global Product Owner in Network Protection, you will be responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction of our network products solutions, with a focus on Security Gateways and Personal connectivity. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable product features and enhancements, ensuring the delivery of robust and effective solutions that meet the needs of our organization and customers. **A Day in the Life of Network Protection - Product Owner**
Product Planning and Prioritization: - Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market analysis, and business objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct user research, and define user stories and acceptance criteria. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product releases.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between internal teams, external partners, and customers to drive product innovation and customer satisfaction.



Product Development and Execution: - Drive the development and execution of product initiatives, including feature definition, sprint planning, and release management.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization. Market and Competitive Analysis: - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
- Use insights to inform product strategy, differentiate our offerings, and capitalize on market opportunities. Customer Engagement and Feedback: - Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and solicit input for future product enhancements.
- Act as a customer advocate within Nestlé organization, championing their needs and priorities to ensure receiver-centric product development. **What will make you successful?**
- Proven experience as a solution architect or similar role, with a focus on network security and protection.
- Strong expertise in firewall as well as personal connectivity technologies such as **Palo Alto **and **Checkpoint**;
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and IP addressing.
- Familiarity with industry-standard security frameworks, such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, and CIS.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Practical experience working in DevOps organizations with applied Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
- Good organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time.
