About Villa La Massa Sitting on the banks of the Arno river, in the heart of the Chianti wine region, Villa La Massa is located a few kilometers from Florence’s city center. Built in the 13th century as an enchanting country house for an aristocratic Florentine family, it was owned by European aristocrats until 1948, before it was transformed into a luxury hotel. Position Summary As a HR - Talent and Culture Coordinator you will be an essential part of our local Talent and Culture division assisting with recruitment strategy and processes, employee engagement and development initiatives as well as social activities and administrative duties. This position reports to Group Director of Talent and Culture. **Responsibilities**:
Assist with talent acquistion processes, methods and strategies, from job posting to placement
Perform all administrative duties,

from employee onboarding to offboarding
Plan, execute and attend employee related activities and meetings
Coordinate all employee development initiatives, from planning to attentance tracking
Coordinate and maintain all employee related internal communication
Maintain and update all employee records and files Support the Group Director of Talent & Culture in preparation of reports and other tasks
Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personal information and medical files Job Requirements
Minimum three years’ relevant experience in luxury hotels or restaurant industry in a similar role
Knowledge of labour law and quality industry standards (LQA, Forbes) will be considered a plus
Good written and spoken Italian and English language
