We are looking for a passionate** event coordinator** to develop Argotec’s presence around the world. As an Event Coordinator at Argotec, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, managing, and promoting every aspect of our external and internal events. The majority of the events we participate in are located in the U.S.A. and U.A.E., so having an international mindset is essential. You will immerse yourself in a new paradigm defined by breathtaking missions, high-tech satellites, and countless discoveries yet to be made. Additionally, you will coordinate internal visits and support our colleagues in maximizing their effectiveness when traveling to promote Argotec. In many instances, you will receive support from agencies and partners, so we expect you to possess a strong ability to maintain communication with them and address our needs effectively. **DUTIES**

- Congresses organization
- Content curation
- Internal event coordination
- Travels and accommodation support
- Coordination with domestic and international partner agencies




- Procurement of promotional items and merchandise **GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven to work in team
- Commitment to continuous improvement and personal growth
- Fluent in English
- 2-3 years work experience **REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS**
- Experience in event management
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactivity in suggesting new events
- Ability to seek event opportunities worldwide
- Basic budgeting skills to estimate and track costs
- Basic negotiation skills
- Creativity and out of the box mindest **ADDITIONAL ASSETS**
- Passion for Space and engineering
- Basic knowledge of the traditional media landscape
