As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our Finance team, overseeing administrative functions with precision and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities**: - Oversee the administrative accounting office, reporting directly to the Head of Finance.
- Ensure compliance with all tax deadlines and regulations.
- Prepare periodic closures and associated reports within group-level deadlines.
- Manage accounting activities related to both the active and passive cycles.
- Conduct periodic cash reconciliations for various group companies.
- Handle bank management and payments effectively.
- Facilitate customer collections and reconcile customer ledgers.
- Provide support for company reporting by collaborating with different departments.
- Manage the closing of accounting periods.
- Prepare cash flow projections and plans.
- Utilize SAP 4 HANA and Excel proficiently.
- Monitor communications received via PEC (Posta Elettronica Certificata). **What We're Looking for**:

- Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in the Office Suite package (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
