**Responsibilities**: - Oversees all HCP/O interactions, making sure they comply to Company’s Code of Conduct and HealthCare Compliance (HCC) / Medical and Scientific Affairs (MSA) policies, as well as to relevant international and national Industry Associations’ Code of Conduct and legal requirements
- Screens and approves HCP/O interactions, according to MSA policies, using the dedicated software and provides necessary support/guidance to requestors and final approvers
- Approves HCP/O Fair Market Value rates and oversees the contracting workflow for approved interactions
- Ensures appropriate deliverables are collected for all executed HCP/O interactions before payment is arranged
- Ensures that the database containing HCP/O agreements is properly/accurately updated
- Creates periodical reports for local Management and EMEA Headquarter
- Maintains a firm knowledge and understanding of all policies and Industry’s Codes and provide trainings to business teams on a regular basis
