**Job Summary**
Join us for a **6-month internship in Milan, Italy**. Our internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in Sales Support and Customer Service. As a Technical Sales Support intern at DKSH, you'll contribute to our dynamic team and make a real impact. **General Responsibilities**
- Support the Sales Manager in managing day-to-day business operations
- Provide responsive customer and supplier support in English and the local language, prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Inform current and prospective customers of promotions and new/upgraded products
- Coordinate SAP master data creation and maintenance, manage Purchase and Sales related transactions
- Supervision of purchase documents and review of Certificates of Analysis
- Collect and manage product information and provide input to the Sales Manager
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate sample dispatch
- Dispatch of marketing material and product information
- Process and oversee customer orders from creation to delivery, collaborating with multiple stakeholders including Global logistics partners
- Track self-progress against agreed KPIs




- Meet with clients and customers in accordance with the Sales Manager **Functional Skills and Knowledge**
- Degree in Biology or similar scientific field (not exclusive)
- Strong interest in customer-focused service and administrative tasks
- Basic order processing skills
- Some knowledge in ERP systems, SAP is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Precise, efficient, good organization skills, customer oriented attitude, reliable, proactive, pragmatic, engaged
- First experience in purchasing and sales (0-2 years)
