- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience, at least 2 years, in data analysis and reporting, preferably in sales companies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, CRM platforms and contact center platform, in particular Power BI, SAP, MS Dynamics and Genesys PureCloud
- Advanced level of Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English ( at least B2 ), nice to have Spanish
- High attention to details and problem solving skills
- Team player and effective communicator
