TEMPORARY CONTRACT PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION
- Responsible for managing the financial analysis, performance measurement, cost accounting, general accounting duties including statutory, VAT and tax compliance for the Mondovì site.
- Work cross functionally and effectively with local site as well as global business personnel to ensure quality reporting of financial information to plant management and wider Finance team. MAIN TASK / OTHER RESPONSABILITIES Perform month end closing process to ensure timely and accurate reporting by working closely with GL accountant.
- Review balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
- Provide management with timely and relevant analysis of results and variances to budget, forecast and prior year.
- Serve as a member of the site leadership team and finance business partner to site.
- Supports the business to prepare budget / forecast and 5 years plans complying with global Finance team budgeting and planning processes.




- Responsible for the integrity of product costing and conducting the annual standard cost run with support from other site functions and wider finance teams.
- Review and approve all capital job orders related to plant and maintain systems for monitoring and reporting capital expenditures.
- Responsible for maintaining appropriate level of internal controls for all operational and accounting aspects of the plant in coordination with wider finance teams.
- Participation to all internal and external financial audits.
- Responsible for integrity of the inventories and assets of the plant - conduct periodic/annual audits and physicals.
- Perform periodically requested special financial analyses as required by corporate or plant management.
- Preparing VAT and tax returns and being the point of contact for the annual statutory audit
