The GC Field Application Specialist carries out pre
- and post-sales support activities in the sales process of analytical instruments. In the role the FAS will: - carry out practical demonstrations on the use of the instrument at our Customer Knowledge Center (CKC) in Milan
- support Sales Rep in visiting customers during the sales process in Italy
- support Sales Rep in the definition phase of the technical quotation
- prepare of relevant documents and/or analytical results to the tools for participation in tenders and public tenders
- run customer facing activities (webinars, seminars )
- develop Application Notes
- prepare and implement post-sales training for customers
