**Job Title** Graphic Designer
**Job Description Summary** Please send us your portfolio with your resume. Thank you! **Responsibilities**: - Creative ability to convey a story and interactive content that highlights the brand and captures the value of our proposal messaging
- Design and layout of business development marketing and pitch documents
- Involvement from the early stage of a project, with creative thinking and conceptual ideas to create a theme and story
- Takes ownership and will manage their own projects well, whilst liaising on a regular basis with head of design and project managers.
- Must be able to show time management and organisational skills with expectation to oversee and work across multiple projects at their different stages
- Comfortable to liaise with Bid Managers, Marketing Managers and Stakeholders across the EMEA business **Requirements**: - Creative and fresh with ideas for bespoke pitches
- Strong layout and typography skills




- Strong personal communication skills
- Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken
- Ability to multi-task and well organised
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Evidence of project management experience
- High attention to detail
- Has drive and tenacity
- Enthusiastic and inspiring
- Thrives in high energy environments, and excellent time management skills
- Strong Adobe CC, MS office skills and IT literacy
- Knowledge of multi-media design such as video editing, motion graphics and animation a bonus
- Knowledge and understanding of the print production process a premio, but can be taught in position
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent
- 3+ years design experience in design sector
- An understanding and or experience in bid and pitch design would be preferred
