**Job Title** Capital Markets Consultant
**Job Description Summary** Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a Consultant to join the Capital Markets team. This full-time position will be based in our Rome Office, and the resource will be involved in projects spanning the Office, Logistics and Retail asset classes. **Responsibilities include**: - Support to the CM team in structuring sell/buy side real estate transactions
- Support to the CM team in Real estate advisory projects (feasibility study, Portfolio analysis ecc)
- Preparation of teasers / pitching documents and other marketing material
- Participation, with senior team members, in meetings with clients and counterparties.
- Financial modelling (with a particular focus to DCF)
- Market analysis and research **Requirements**:



- At least 1 years' experience matured in: Investment/Acquisition/Transaction/Asset Management of Italian asset management companies Investment & Asset Management firm;
- Capital Markets Team of Advisory Companies
- BIG4 Transaction department (Real Estate preferred)
- Valuation modelling and business plan skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or engineering disciplines
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point package
- Aptitude for teamwork, organizational and problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to details.
