Head of Sales - Europe & Americas, Global Head of Strategic Sales (PIP) - IEC LV MotorsAs Head of Sales for Europe & Americas and Global Head of Strategic Sales, you drive ABB's regional growth and global strategy for the IEC Low Voltage Motors Division. You will define regional strategies, lead cross-regional teams, and steer key accounts with senior leadership governance. The role blends regionally focused execution with global program leadership to advance revenue, profitability, and market share. You'll shape go-to-market models, channel strategies, and pricing governance while building leadership capability across geographies.Define and execute regional sales strategies to grow market share, revenue, and profitability in Europe and the AmericasSet regional sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actionsLead Regional Sales Managers and own business performance (order intake, revenue, margin)Collaborate with Hub Manager and Sales Controller to meet financial targetsDrive talent development, succession planning,
