Internship details:
Duration: 6 months
Location: Milan (On-site)
Monthly Expense Reimbursement: €800 + ticket restaurants
You might be a great fit if you:
Excellent command in English (B2 or higher) and Italian (C1 or higher)
Strong commitment to learning and growth
Ability to work independently and within a team
Positive, proactive mindset and attention to detail
Interest in IT would be a premio
Job responsibilities:
Provide outstanding support to Markit clients.
Manage client orders, inquiries,
and warranty cases, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Master our sales platform and back-office tools for efficient order administration and warranty processing.
Communicate effectively with partners and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
