- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
- Assist customers in using our software and related products.
- Support the content team in onboarding and training new customers, if needed.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services. **Qualifications**: - Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations with professionalism.
- Proficiency in using Jira.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage; the more languages spoken, the better.
