We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join an automotive software development project focused on QNX/Linux, NVIDIA and Automotive Ethernet. The role covers system and software development activities, from requirements and architecture to implementation, integration, debugging and testing,
in a complex automotive embedded environment based on QNX/Linux, NVIDIA and Automotive Ethernet.
What You'll Be Doing
Requirements elicitation, system/software requirements analysis and architectural design.
Embedded software development, integration, testing, issue analysis and bug fixing.
QNX BSP configuration and device driver development.
Work with build environments, kernel-level components and low-level system functionality.
Development and integration in the following areas:
Power & Thermal Management
Startup Sequence & Performance
Process/Thread Monitoring
Diagnostics – UDS, DoIP and System Logging
Time management
Automotive Ethernet – switch configuration, PHY/MAC configuration, Ethernet stack integration and VLANs
Investigation and resolution of complex software issues in multi-component / multi-VM environments.
Management and tracking of development activities and defects in Jira.
