- Lead and manage SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track and report on project performance
- Provide expertise in SAP functional and technical areas, including SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP,



and others preferably in S4AHANA projects
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP CoE **Your background**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on SAP projects
- Proven experience managing SAP projects in a hybrid work environment
- Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical areas, including configuration, customization, and integration
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, ServiceNow)
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
