We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Junior HR Payroll Admin** to support us for an important migration project to a new payroll provider. The resource will actively contribute to the administrative management of personnel documentation, ensuring correct support for payroll management and related activities. **Key Responsibilities**:



- Support the HR team in the operational management of the payroll provider change project.
- Manage the collection and entry of payroll and contribution data.
- Liaise with the new payroll service provider to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain and update employee-related documentation.
- Provide administrative support for contract, recruitment, termination and leave management. **Skills and Qualifications**: - **1-2 years **experience in HR roles with a focus on **payroll**.
- Immediate availability.
- Excellent knowledge of the **English** language (understanding/writing/reading)
- Excellent knowledge of **Italian labour regulations**: - Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
