The Executive Assistant (EA) provides practical, detailed executive and administrative support to the CEO, Health, ensuring the efficient operation of the CEO's office and enabling effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders. A core purpose of the role is to help the CEO spend time and energy in the right places through strong gatekeeping, sharp prioritization, and proactive anticipation of needs, questions, and follow-ups before they arise. In addition to supporting the CEO, the role provides administrative and coordination support to the wider Group Health team as required,

helping ensure smooth execution of team activities, meetings, events, and operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support to CEO, Health. Manage the CEO's calendar with strong gatekeeping, ensuring the CEO's time and energy are focused on the areas where the CEO can add the most value. Coordinate and schedule meetings across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups. Manage travel arrangements by building detailed itineraries and taking ownership of all logistical requirements before, during, and after travel. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information with discretion and professionalism. Provide proactive, practical, and detailed support by anticipating questions, needs, dependencies, and next steps before escalation is required.
