**Our Client is a young and innovative Automotive Company** **active in the e-mobility sector,** **as an OEM producing heavy electric vehicles**. They have established their Headquarter in Turin and sell their vehicles throughout Europe, with a network of Dealers and Importers. They have tasked us to find the following professional profile:
**OPERATIONS & PRODUCT MANAGER** **Posizione**:
**Main Tasks**: - Effectively and efficiently manage the productivity based on daily, weekly, monthly targets, meeting quality and delivery expectations, minimising costs where possible and ensure the required best working practices are maintained at all time
- Produce written reports and make presentations
- Increase the rate of profitability of our After Sales Service
- Developing After Sales Offers that suit the local markets in order to gain customer confidence




- Supervising deals for selling service and spare parts to Dealers and Importers
- Supervising and monitoring sales promotion and marketing for After Sales Services
- Ensuring oversight and monitoring of competitors in the local markets in the field of After Sales Services **Requisiti**:
