WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US
For Testing Services department, we are hiring a Lead Testing Services Consultant who is a highly skilled professional in areas of testing engineering, consulting, and operation of SaaS solutions with fucus on continuous testing, efficiency, test automation and innovations to ensure reliable service delivery to SimCorp clients.
You will have a great opportunity to use your test expertise to contribute globally to delivery, development and optimization of our services (Continuous Testing and Conventional Upgrade). To be effective in this role, the Lead Testing Services Consultant should possess leadership skills, encourage and promote continuous learning and improvement practices based on Agile & Lean methodology and DevOps practices, employ creative and innovative approaches in testing with AI applications, and collaborate with local and global teams within SimCorp.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Lead testing activities for implementation or upgrade projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and reporting at the team level.
- Work with clients to coordinate test cycles, align expectations, and drive success in project delivery.
