- Create and manage accounts for internal tools and SaaS, and handle any request or issue with licenses and subscriptions.
- Set up, test, and adjust all necessary technology for live events, and participate to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Integrate IT assets from acquired products into the existing IT ecosystem, ensuring compatibility and operational efficiency while maintaining business continuity.
- Handle hardware and software requests, promptly resolving any issues or escalating them to the right person.
- Assist new joiners with configuring their hardware and software, and when they leave, collect their equipment and remove their access and data.
- Ensure all office hardware and network configurations are running smoothly, and swiftly address any issue.
- Manage relationships with external hardware and software suppliers, including handling orders, repairs, setups, and updates. What we look for
