- Reporting to the Miu Miu Global Client Service Manager, the Miu Miu E-Commerce Payments Specialist will perform all e-commerce fraud & payments related activities, to comply with all the payments regulations and, at the same time, identify the best solutions to optimize approval rate reducing declines. _
- This role is responsible for understanding payments trends, identifying opportunities of efficiency and supporting order processing with the objective of providing best in class service to all our clients, representative of Prada Group’s luxury brand standards._ **RESPONSIBILITIES**




- Manage and monitor Payments Platforms’ configurations and for all the Prada ecommerce websites
- Monitor and supervise all activities related to fraud prevention, payments and administration, both at an internal level and with our anti-fraud partner (Riskified)
- Analysis and reporting of multichannel sales
- Monitor suspicious customers (e.g. repeaters)
- Monitor Chargeback outcomes and how there are reflected on anti-fraud platform’s invoice
- Production of fraud check reports **KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- Significant experience in payments platforms and anti-fraud background, at least 5 years in similar roles
- Background in Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering
- Knowledge of Adyen, Cybersource and Riskified System is required
- Order Management System
- Analytical skills (excel, other) and familiarity with data visualization tools
- Project Management skills, including strong planning and execution skills
- Knowledge of other languages is appreciated
- Proactive approach and critical thinking
- Creative problem solver
- Microsoft Office package proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- International experience and strong cultural sensitivity
- Fluency in English
