As a world-class leader in scientific research and innovation, Thermo Fisher Scientific is dedicated to enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. **This role is 4 days based out of either of the following LSG offices Glasgow, Paris, Madrid, Milan or Darmstadt and 1 days remote working. This role will have 25% international travel** **Responsibilities**: - Determine and implement effective marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share within the Flow Cytometry consumable, Antibody and Multiplexing portfolios
- Work closely with key stakeholders and other teams to create and implement successful marketing campaigns and programs
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities
- Develop and lead partnerships with key opinion leaders and industry associations
- Support the sales team by providing guidance and assistance to ensure successful product launches and optimized sales opportunities. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Life Sciences, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in marketing roles (3+ years), preferably in the life sciences industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from market data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
