The Role (What you'll actually be doing)
You'll represent the Project Manager on site and take control of all CSA‐related activities from day one through to handover. This isn't a clipboard role. You'll be in the detail, driving programme, coordinating trades, and making sure nothing gets missed.
Project Start‐Up
Support the PM in building the construction programme and short‐term lookaheads
Set up the site properly – establishment, logistics, safety from day one
Review drawings, method statements, and risk assessments (and challenge them if needed)
Get aligned on change management early (so there are no surprises later)
Help benchmark quality standards and installation practices
Live Project Delivery
Drive daily productivity across all CSA activities
Build and manage short‐term programmes aligned w
