Territory Customer Support ManagerJohn Deere Italy is looking for a Territory Customer Support Manager to join the Aftermarket & Customer Support & Training department. The selected candidate will help ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the life cycle of John Deere products, supporting the dealer network in skill development, adoption of digital solutions and growth of after-sales business. Working closely with dealers and internal stakeholders, the role will be key to improving customer experience, developing organizational capabilities and implementing John Deere strategic initiatives.Main responsibilitiesManaging Customer Support activities with the dealer networkSupporting dealers in developing competencies and organizational capabilities in AftermarketPromoting adoption of connectivity, digitalization and Connected SupportBeing the point of reference for Customer Experience initiatives and customer satisfaction improvementsAnalyzing post-sales performance and identifying opportunities for improvementDelivering training, coaching and consultancy on products,



services, processes and strategic initiatives aimed at growing the post-sales businessSupporting the implementation of John Deere projects and programs within the dealer networkBuilding strong collaboration with dealers and internal stakeholdersOperating in accordance with John Deere values, ethics and policiesEssential requirementsFluent Italian and EnglishAbility to work autonomously and organize own activitiesStrong communication, collaboration and relationship management skillsWillingness to travel in the territoryUnderstanding economic and commercial dynamics of customers and dealersPreferredExperience in agriculture or agricultural machineryKnowledge of Customer Experience Management principlesExperience in dealer development, after-sales services or technical-commercial supportInterest in digital innovation and connectivity solutionsWhat we offerA collaborative and inclusive work envir
