You will be assisting the plant and business unit in achieving annual and long-range targets by leveraging your skills in terms of reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and capital investment evaluation. Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of finance and/or accounting experience, preferably within a U.S. publicly traded company and with an understanding of manufacturing accounting
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Master in Economics or business administration
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking), as Donaldson Company is headquartered in the U.S. Technical Competencies: - Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning system for daily work, with knowledge of Oracle a strong agevolazioni
- Demonstrated understanding of accounting and financial analysis concepts

persuasive impact, listening, written communication) Key responsibilities General Ledger
- Full P&L; and BS responsibility including monthly journal entities preparation and approval, accruals, cut off, review and reporting Reconciliations
- Ensure monthly reconciliations are prepared on a timely basis
- Ensure Quarterly fluctuations are properly explained Legal and tax requirements
- In cooperation with Headquarter Donaldson, ensure legal requirements are met.
- Prepare local files and transfer pricing details
- In collaboration with Senior Accountant, submit the VAT returns to the VAT authorities and the Income tax declaration in accordance with the advised timetables Budgetary and Fluctuation control
- Prepare budget, help with forecast and mid to long term planning
- Analyzing variances to budget and variances of actuals between periods (fluctuation analysis) to ensure that the company objectives are achieved and that all transactions are correctly recorded Business Partner
- Prepare ad-hoc reports / analysis helping business and Operation reaching their objectives
- Be creative force Audit
- Contacts with internal and external auditors
- Preparation and handling of these audits
