Job Description

During the internship, you will gain hands-on experience in B2B sales by researching potential clients, conducting initial qualification activities, and participating in outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Research and perform the initial qualification of potential clients in the industrial, healthcare, and education sectors
- Analyze target companies and identify decision-makers
- Support outreach activities via LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Manage inbound leads and prepare brief summaries for the sales team
- Enter and update data in the CRM system (HubSpot)
- Monitor deal status and support sales funnel management
- Pass qualified leads to the next stages of the sales process
- Contribute to improving outreach processes and testing new hypotheses
- Conduct basic market analysis and prepare short reports related to XR/AI

Qualifications

- Degree (completed or in progress) in economics, marketing, communication, management, or related fields




- Excellent command of Italian (minimum C1 level)
- Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work independently

Nice to Have

- Good knowledge of English
- Experience in customer interaction and/or sales
