- Strategic perspective What about the job In your role you will: - Be Responsible for planning the Field Service activities
- Evaluate the necessary skills and knowledge to execute the requested service
- Make and Confirm appointment with the customer
- Be responsible to ensure an optimized service response
- Make reporting of field activity and technical report (follow up Service report)
- Verify the ordered spare parts delivery for the Field Service job
- Manage all post-op issues
- Be supervisor in pre-service site What you know You have: - Technical Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree will be an asset
- Mechanical and Automation knowledge
- Troubleshooting skills
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft ® Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- A good command of written and spoken English
